Rail Cart Turntable 40 Tons On Cross Rails For Refrigeration Equipment Transfer
1 pcs rail cart turntable was tested well on site which was used in transferring with the rail cart to vertical direction that the turntable have to rotate 90 degree. The turntable diameter is 4000mm which was installed on the pit, the transfer cart weight is 35 tons. When the transfer cart finished the transportation, and then it turning by the turntable, and then the transfer cart moved to the painting shop.
The rail cart turntable is a kind of equipment to realize the turning of the rail transfer cart in situ. It is installed at the intersection of two tracks. The table is also laid with the same track and kept flush with the ground track. The gauge is consistent with the ground gauge. The turntable is activated to the required angle to complete the docking with the track on the ground.
