The 3 sets AGV 10T project is from our Singapore customer, which is the second order from us. The dul-vehicle linkage agv were going to use this in a metal fabrication shop for handling the concrete block. The agv should meet the function of Any 2 of the 3 agvs can be linked, namely agv 1 and agv 2, agv 1 and agv 3, agv 2 and agv 3. Whats more, the agv can realize lifting and Omnidirectional movement.

The advantage of the dual-vehicle linkage AGV lies in its excellent AGV research and development capabilities. The product uses multiple heavy-duty transport vehicles to double the rated load of the system. After being put into use, the transportation AGV product will work more flexibly, according to the needs of different working conditions. Free combination and adaptable to the transportation of different types of products

For the site, the agv cart will need to work 6 hours per day. Loading sequence, will be loaded cart to destination, unload and then return back to origin to pick another load. The running distance is maximum 1000m per trip. About the floor environment, our customer said that expect to travel on cement and typical asphalt roads with surface imperfections and gradient of +/-6 degrees.

a), Sensor: automatic stop the trolley within 0.3-3m when meet people or obstacle. You can close it when you do not request the sensor work.

b), LED Light: 1)Green, no obstacles detected within 3m from cart;  2)Orange, obstacle detected within 1,5m; 3)Red, obstacle 30cm from cart.

c), Steering Light: each side two lights, will automatic on when the transfer cart turn left or right, can reminder people away or move the obstacle away in advance 

d), Bumper Strip: can immediately automatic stop the cart when people or obstacle meet it by accident.

e), Sounds&Light Alarm: keep ringing when the cart is moving, can alarm people away from the trolley route or move the obstacle away

f), Checkered Plate: on the cart table, have a strong anti-skid function, well protect the goods from slip.

g), Emergency Stop: in case of emergency

h), Automatic brake: the cart when the power is off 

i), Smart Charger: can automatic power off when the battery is fully charged.

j), Low Power Alarm: alarm people to recharge when the battery level less than 20%, effectively prolong and protect the battery life

k), With the overload protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, under voltage protection, overcurrent protection, undercurrent protection, etc electric protection function

l), With the reflective stripe on the cart body side, can reminder people in the long distance
