In modern industrial production, the adaptability of specialized transport equipment directly determines the efficiency and safety of the production process. In response to a precast cement plant's requirements for "12-ton load capacity, operation on smooth outdoor cement pavement, compatibility with 400V 50Hz factory voltage, and an average of 20 daily transport trips along a fixed 200-meter route," BEFANBY, leveraging over 20 years of experience in customizing industrial transport equipment, developed a customized 12-ton trackless battery powered transport cart solution. Solution:
At the initial project launch, the BEFANBY technical team visited the plant site to conduct in-depth discussions with the customer to understand their needs. Based on the specific circumstances, they customized this 12-ton trackless battery powered transport cart specifically for the cement plant. Knowing that prefabricated cement components are heavy and regular in appearance but have weak impact resistance, they require trackless battery powered transport carts with strong load-bearing and smooth operation. Therefore, we recommended a trackless battery powered transport cart to the customer. It has a load capacity of 12 tons and a steel-jointed frame with strong load-bearing capacity, ensuring no deformation under a 12T load. It does not require laying tracks, has stable performance, and is flexible in turning, which can prevent component displacement or damage during transportation. The customer requested a standard 400V 50Hz factory voltage, so we customized a dedicated charging system. With an average of 20 daily transports, the battery life required for "all-day, uninterrupted operation." Therefore, this electric trackless flatbed vehicle is battery-powered and equipped with an intelligent charger to meet power requirements and avoid frequent charging interruptions to production.
