The client needed an intelligent AGV material handling flat cart that required no track laying, could turn flexibly, adapt to high-temperature and dusty environments, and could accurately transport specific materials. Therefore, to achieve on-the-spot turning and flexible shuttle movement, BEFANBY proposed using a Mecanum wheel solution, enabling omnidirectional movement. It is also equipped with a high-definition intelligent display screen, supporting real-time monitoring, path planning, and fault diagnosis, making operation intuitive and convenient. The vehicle body also underwent special treatment for high temperature resistance, dustproofing, and corrosion resistance to ensure stable operation in harsh environments.
