The automatic rail cart project is an automated logistics system for the new energy industry. The entire production line consists of a dispatching system, RGV mother cart system, RGV rails, automatic charging system, position recognition system, automatic feeding system, automatic discharging system, AGV system and a master control system. , Industrial automation has been realized in a real sense.
The general workflow is:
1. When the full material rack is put into the warehouse, the film receiver sends an instruction to the master control system. The master control system will allocate the furnace and then send the instruction to the dispatching system. The dispatching system selects the nearby idle cart to pick up the materials that have been filled. rack, and then send the material rack to the assigned curing furnace for processing. After a series of actions are completed, the master cart returns to the waiting position and waits for the next instruction.
2. To take the empty material rack, the master control system sends an instruction to the dispatching system, and the dispatching system will select the nearest sub-car to pick up the empty material rack, and then send the empty material rack to the loading area of the film receiver, and the rail cart completes After the task, the child cart returns to the mother car and waits for the next instruction.
3. Discharging. After the curing is completed, the curing room will send instructions to the master control system, and the master control system will send instructions to the dispatching system. The dispatching system will select the nearest sub-cart, and then reach the outgoing furnace through the nearest mother car. The sub-car starts to work out of the warehouse. When the sub-cart puts the material rack on the exit rail, the sub-cart will send instructions to the dispatching system, and the dispatching system will assign the AGV rail cart to the corresponding position to remove the material rack. Instructions are given to the master control system, and the master control system then gives instructions to the RGV dispatching system. The transfer cart goes to the next material rack and cycles in turn until all seven material racks in the furnace are taken out, and the RGV sub-cart returns to the waiting position to wait for the next command.
