100T Heavy Duty Rail Traverser Ferry Mold Transfer Cart Project

Our customer ordered 2 sets 100t and 120t rail transfer carts, this project is a rail traverser project for transferring heavy duty molds. The customer needs an automated solution that can efficiently and safely transfer heavy duty molds in the workshop to the next work station. We went to the site to survey the entire operation route, and finally designed it based on the design of the automated sub-cartridge. The specific work plan is: the selector switch of the mother transfer cart and the sub transfer cart is in the touch screen control direction, and the sub-car is above the origin station of the mother transfer cart. The touch screen displays the origin status of the sub-car. The on-site operator places the goods on any mold removal station. The operator selects the kiln entry station at the mold removal station. The selection of the kiln entry station must be a signal to open the door in place. If the door is not opened properly, the system will not execute the kiln entry operation process. The current sub transfer cart automatically moves to the selected mold removal station, the origin hydraulic pin of the sub transfer car is released, and the sub-car automatically rises to drag the workpiece. The operator observes that there is no abnormality when the sub transfer cart rises and drags the workpiece. After pressing the touch screen to confirm the run button, the sub transfer cart automatically returns to the parent cart's origin station and stops, and the sub transfer cart's origin hydraulic pin locks the sub transfer cart brake. The hydraulic pin of the mother car station is released, the mother transfer cart automatically runs to the selected kiln entry station, the hydraulic pin of the mother transfer cart station is locked, and the mother car holds the brake. The origin hydraulic pin of the sub transfer cart is released, the sub transfer cart automatically runs to the selected kiln entry station and stops, automatically lowers the workpiece, the sub transfer cart automatically retreats to the origin station of the parent car, the origin hydraulic pin of the sub transfer cart is locked, and the sub-car holds the brake. Complete the kiln entry operation process.
