Project Introduce

Our customer said that we are facing problem in mold stacking area so we want to moving molds from another area. For this purpose we need mold transfer cart for around weight capacity of 40 Ton.

But one of the problems is that when the trackless transfer cart is running in the workshop channel, molds are placed on both sides of the channel, and the channel width is limited. It is easy to touch the molds on both sides during operation, and on-site workers are afraid to operate. After we went to the site to measure, we transformed the mechanical differential steering into hydraulic steering, making the operation simpler, more convenient and safer.
