Solution:
The client is a heavy equipment manufacturing enterprise whose workshop operations routinely require the transfer of large, 30-ton workpieces—specifically shafts and cylindrical components. Traditional transfer methods—relying on a combination of forklifts and overhead cranes—proved inefficient, posed high safety risks, and were incompatible with the operational rhythm of their automated production lines. Based on the workshop's existing rail layout and production requirements, the client articulated a clear set of customization specifications:

The vehicle needed to stably bear 30-ton heavy workpieces, ensuring structural integrity and preventing deformation during prolonged heavy-load operation to guarantee the safety of the transferred goods; ideally, it would be battery-powered to eliminate the spatial and operational constraints associated with sliding contact lines or trailing cables, thereby facilitating long-distance, multi-station transfers within the workshop; furthermore, it required specialized fixtures to securely hold shaft-like and cylindrical workpieces, preventing any shifting or wobbling during transit; most importantly, the vehicle had to be fully compatible with the workshop's existing rail infrastructure and workpiece dimensions, capable of seamlessly integrating with the automated production line to enable intelligent scheduling and dispatch.

Equipped with a high-capacity, high-performance battery pack, a single charge supports over 8 hours of continuous operation, completely eliminating the constraints of trailing cables and making it ideal for multi-zone, long-distance transfers within a workshop environment. The unit incorporates secure fastening mechanisms to prevent swaying or shifting during transit, thereby guaranteeing the safety of the workpieces. Furthermore, it supports intelligent rail dispatch systems and can be seamlessly integrated into a client's automated production line control system to enable autonomous navigation, precise point-to-point docking, and route optimization—all without the need for manual escorting—thereby significantly boosting transfer efficiency.
