A large mechanical parts manufacturing company faced challenges in transferring heavy workpieces across workstations within its workshop. 3. Safety and flexibility optimization communication: The customer's workshop experiences frequent personnel movement, placing extremely high demands on equipment safety. The team equipped the flatbed cart with an automatic stop device upon detecting a person or obstacle, enabling emergency braking to completely eliminate safety hazards. Furthermore, considering the complex workstation layout and frequent turning requirements of the customer's workshop, the steering system was optimized for flexible turning, easily navigating narrow workshop aisles and adapting to the customer's diverse transfer routes.
