Project Background:

A large machinery manufacturing company, due to the complex layout of its production lines, needed to frequently transfer heavy workpieces between multiple tracks. Solution:
The customer's workshop is a large machinery processing plant with a multi-track, multi-workstation production line layout. It frequently needs to transfer 12-ton heavy workpieces, thus placing stringent requirements on the transfer equipment. The vehicle needs to stably support 12-ton heavy workpieces without structural deformation during long-term heavy-load operation; it requires a track turntable to enable 90°/180° turning of the flatcar and to accommodate cross-line transfer between multiple tracks; furthermore, the workshop track lines are long and the work areas are scattered, making it impossible to lay sliding contact lines, thus requiring battery power to eliminate cable limitations; we have also equipped the RGV rail turntable electric transfer cart with warning lights and anti-collision devices to adapt to the complex workshop working environment and avoid collision accidents.
