Solution:
BEFANBY developed a 30-ton, battery-powered rail-mounted flatbed cart with a turntable mechanism, perfectly addressing the customer's challenges. The customer required a trolley suitable not only for use in the paint booth but also for outdoor environments, placing high demands on the equipment's corrosion resistance and adaptability. Furthermore, the 30-ton load capacity and the ability to incorporate a rotating mechanism for material transfer were key design considerations. The rail-mounted flatbed cart is battery-powered, suitable for use in flammable and explosive atmospheres and in outdoor environments without a fixed power source. This rail-mounted flatbed cart is 3 meters wide and 1.6 meters long, with a track spacing of approximately 1.5 meters. The rails are constructed of 50 mm square steel, ensuring load-bearing capacity and stability. With an overall height of less than 0.6 meters, the cart can operate flexibly in low spaces, meeting the requirements of specialized environments such as paint booths.
A key feature of this battery-powered rail-mounted flatbed cart is its rotating mechanism, enabling rapid material transfer. During the production process, materials often need to be transferred between different workstations. The rotating mechanism allows the transfer cart to turn and transfer materials without turning around, saving significant time and space and improving production efficiency.
