The customer wanted to know more about outdoor automated guided vehicles (AGVs) that they wanted to use to transport goods between buildings. The load requirement is 20 tons, and it needs to be resistant to sunlight, rain, and dusty environments, and can work outdoors. The outdoor AGV travels about 20.96 meters between outdoor buildings. Working frequency: at least 3-8 hours a day. The AGV will mainly run on outdoor concrete floors, with a height difference of about 0.5 meters between buildings. Since the track is easy to maintain, magnetic navigation or optical sensors are mainly selected. In addition, it must be equipped with omnidirectional wheels (Mecanum wheels) to enable flexible movement.
